Returns

  • Return Policy: We regret to inform you that, due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on our products, except in cases where the item is defective. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact our customer care team, who will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence to process an exchange or refund for the defective item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at Info@aayushwellness.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your return request. Upon approval, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  4. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, typically within 7-10 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Info@aayushwellness.com.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@aayushwellness.com

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

“For approved exchanges, we would deliver the replacement product within 7 days
