Shipping Policy

  1. Your order will typically ship within 1-2 working days. However, during peak times, delays may occur. It will be delivered within 6 to 7 days from our shipping partners.
  2. Free shipping applies only to prepaid orders to be delivered within India. International shipping rates apply for orders outside India.
  3. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon shipment from Aayush health
  4. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages on different days due to availability and shipping locations.
  5. Products may be shipped separately for transit safety.
  6. Please ensure accurate address details to avoid return and penalty charges. Courier companies may levy penalties for incorrect addresses.
  7. Re-shipment charges for undelivered orders are payable by you.
  8. Address changes are only permitted before order dispatch. Once dispatched, address changes are not allowed.
  9. We are not liable for postal delays due to incomplete addresses.
  10. You are solely responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
  11. Specify the date and time for deliveries to girl's hostels/schools to prevent issues. Refunds or re-shipments are not provided in such cases.

Cancellation:

Your order can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. We reserve the right to decide on cancellations.

  • Transaction fees are deducted for prepaid orders. Order management fees apply for post-paid orders.

Product Return and Replacement Policy:

To streamline returns, please record an unboxing video showing packaging, unboxing process, and product condition, then submit it with your return request within 24 hours of receipt.
